GIANTS vs RANGERS WILL BE NAILBITER / SF WILL PREVAIL IN SIX GAMES

SF Manager Bruce Bochy /
Leader of the torturous but driven Magnificent Misfits.

The Cardiac Kids
have given their followers a combination of nervous despair and extreme exultation as they prepare to face the Texas Rangers in the World Series ~ which the Giants should win in six or seven games: Allen L Roland

It's wild and crazy right now in the San Francisco Bay area as the San Francisco Giants prepare to battle the Texas Rangers in the 2010 World Series.

And that's just what this Giant's team is ~ crazy and wild but also intentioned, focused and battle tested for their first World Series title since the Giants moved from New York in 1958.

There are several reasons why the Giants should win in six or seven games including the fact that the Rangers will not have a designated hitter in the four games in SF and their pitchers will have to finally hit and bunt like National league pitchers do every game.

The other six reasons are as follows;

Bruce Bochy. Manager Bruce Bochy out managed both Bobby Cox and Charlie Manuel in the National League playoffs, and managed the Padres in the World Series in 1998 ~ where the Padres got swept. Bochy has been here before, he wants his ring and the grizzled veteran is just as intentioned as his band of misfits.

Tim Lincecum. The Freak is the face of the cardiac kids but beneath his hippie length hair is an intentioned two time Cy Young winner whose record is 56-27 in his first four major league seasons. Lincecum has led the National league in strikeouts ( 231 ) for the third straight season and the Rangers better not take him lightly, along with Cain, Bumgarner and Sanchez.

Buster Posey. Posey won the Johnny Bench award in 2008 as the best college catcher ( Florida State ) and the Golden Spike award the same year as the nation's top amateur player. Posey is the rock of the cardiac kids and a natural field general who batted .305 with 18 homers and 67 RBI'S in 2010. Since Bochy moved him into the cleanup spot ~ Posey has batted .505 with a 21 game hitting streak and threw out 37% of those trying to steal against him. Posey is the heart of the franchise and the closest thing to Johnny Bench that I've ever seen.

Juan Uribe. Uribe's been on this stage before with the Chicago White Sox in 2005 and 2008 and brings an unbridled clubhouse presence, a .984 fielding percentage and the ability to rise to the occasion in the postseason ( 11 RBI in 25 career postseason games ~ including his game winning homerun against the Phillies in Game six ).

Cody Ross. Ross is the sparkplug for the magnificent misfits and has shown up big time in the postseason with three homers, three doubles and seven hits in 20 at bats. He is fearless and his timely hits against Lowe, Halladay and Oswalt have literally inspired his teammates to greater heights. The MVP of the NCLS will not be denied either on the field or at bat against the Rangers .

Brian Wilson. What can you say ~ the ninth inning of game six with the Phillies was a true capsule of Giant torture when the bearded one fired his favorite cutter by a frozen Howard with the bases full, a three and two count and a hostile crowd roaring. Wilson loves this stage and he plays his role to the hilt with his Mohawk haircut, black dyed beard and league leading 48 saves with 93 strikeouts in 74 innings.

Throw in Audrey Huff and veteran Pat Burrell and now you have the magnificent seven with the tenacious and determined Bruce Bochy at the helm ~ against Cliff Lee and a wide eyed Ranger manager and squad who will be fortunate to win two nail biting games.

The Wild Bunch, as Bochy often refers to his team of renegades, appear " to have caught lightning in a bottle."

My Prediction : The Giants in six, maybe seven games.

Eastwood's HEREAFTER Explores Reality Of Soul Consciousness

Clint Eastwood's moving film HEREAFTER gently raises the curtain of death and delicately hints another state of consciousness is there ~ that is hidden from us until we raise that curtain or, I would add, surrender to love: Allen L Roland

As a twin, I really related to Clint Eastwood's outstanding movie HEREAFTER since one of the three main storylines is a twin who loses his identical twin brother in a tragic accident ~ and is seemingly lost without this deep loving connection.

As a first born twin I have personally felt the psychic pain of being seemingly separated from my twin at birth ~ born two minutes before him ~ as well as the deep desire to re-connect to that incredible loving connection. Many times in my life I have come into his life at important moments to help him reach a place of another choice ~ including now as he faces a life threatening illness.

The main characters in Eastwood's film with a screenplay by Peter Morgan ( who said the violent death of a close friend inspired him ) are Matt Damon, as a reluctant San Francisco psychic afraid of his gift of communicating with the dead, and a Parisian TV News anchor Cecile de France, whose near death experience during the films opening thunderous Tsunami brings her momentarily over to the other side of the curtain of death and changes her life forever.

Since over 50% of Americans believe they have been in contact with someone who has died ( including myself with my mother at her untimely death ) ~ it is time to accept the near death experience as a state of soul consciousness ( the Unified Field ) which exists not only beyond time and space but also beneath our deepest fears.

It is my opinion that the near death experience allows someone to momentarily pass through the dark tunnel of internal pain, aloneness, despair and apparent death, from which the ego and ego consciousness are born, into a state of soul consciousness as well as our deepest connection to the before mentioned Unified Field.

Here's a wonderful example ~
a few years ago I was interviewed by the CBS-TV affiliate in San Francisco on the meaning of the Near-death experience. I explained that the near death experience is a state of love and soul consciousness that lies beyond our present state of ego consciousness. I identified this state of consciousness as the long sought for Unified Field. ~ a psychic energy field of love and soul consciousness which lies not only beyond time and space but also beneath our deepest fears. The principle property of this field of love is the universal urge to unite which permeates all living matter ~ from molecules to Galaxies.

Most NDE's experience this state of consciousness as an incredible feeling of light and love and when they recover ~ they usually feel a profound need to be in service.

During my interview I was asked to comment on film footage of a Near-Death experiencer named Terry Meyers ~ who had apparently died for a short period of time of heart failure and felt she had a near death experience.

A few days later CBS received this note from Terry Meyers which they forwarded to me ;

" Eight years ago I has a spiritual rebirth. A virus literally destroyed my heart in a matter of four days. While at the hospital, when my heart stopped, I had a near-death experience.

After coming back to life, I was overwhelmed with an intense feeling of joy and love. Everything became clear to me ~ my purpose in life and why this happened to me. I fully understood how everything in the universe is evolved around love and my deep need to be part of it ~ and today my desire to help others is driven by this passion !

Dr Allen L Roland's television interview validated all the feelings I had experienced like no one else has been able to do.

It is though he had looked into my soul and mind and was speaking my thoughts."

To me, this was just another confirmation that I am talking, living and writing about a universal truth ~ that everyone knows at a deep subliminal level. This would also seem to explain why people who have had a near-death experience not only do not fear death ~ but have new values regarding love and the need to be in service.

This might explain my major success of working with Vets with PTSD who have obviously been to the psychic dark side and at a deep human level want to explore a heart centered choice of behavior. I explain through my Cycle Of Life chart how psychic pain will override Joy to the extent that most people have no idea that beneath their deepest pain and aloneness is love, joy and connectedness ~ the Unified Field.

After each session ~ part of their homework is to read each session in my book RADICAL THERAPY / SURRENDER TO LOVE AND HEAL YOURSELF IN SEVEN SESSIONS ( NOT SEVEN YEARS which not only reviews the previous session but also reinforces that deepest within them is not anger, resentment and unworthiness ~ but instead love, joy, intention and purpose.

Precognition, in the heart sense, means the soul contains the event that shall befall it ~ because we are experiencing a state of consciousness that exists beyond time and space. Personally I have dreamed about every major relationship on the path of my heart before I actually met that person. I also vividly remember taking the hand of one my first clients and telling them that It was your turn ~ and having that client break into tears and tell me that his father had told him on his death bed many years ago, after breaking a coma, that " Somebody will take your hand ".

That somebody was obviously myself for that client used this loving connection, that obviously existed beyond time and space, to open his heart, face his deepest fears and guilt and heal himself in the process.

Damon's character also correctly portrays the isolation of knowing something and being aware of things that very few can either accept or acknowledge. Knowingly being in this Unified Field of love demands self acceptance and the willingness to stand alone and share your truth ~ and realize in the process that standing alone is really belonging. The famous Jesuit priest Teilhard de Chardin is the perfect example for Teilhard stood impatiently at the summit of man's quest for the ultimate truth proclaiming to all that God is love ~ despite being ostracized and ignored by the Catholic church.

And It was Teilhard de Chardin, the ultimate explorer of the soul, who wrote on the last page of his personal journal three days before he died ~ " The Last enemy that shall be destroyed is death " and in THE ACTIVATION OF HUMAN ENERGY Teilhard wrote ~ " But how much more comforting and electrifying for our efforts would it not be if some signal or some sign, some summons or some echo, should come to us from beyond death and give us positive assurance that some center of convergence does really exist ahead of us ".

Eastwood's film delicately hints at those signs, summons and echoes and I dramatically prove it everyday in my work ~ that that center of convergence, in the form of inner peace, unity, love, light and joy does indeed lie not only beyond physical death but most certainly beyond the painful process of ego death.

Only love unites and heals for only love takes us beyond pain, fear and aloneness to our ultimate connectedness ~ the incredible reality of a state of love and soul consciousness ( the Unified Field ) which lies not only deepest within ourselves ~ but also beyond time and space.

Longfellow says it best ~ "The thread of all sustaining beauty that runs through all and doth all unite "

BAND OF BROTHERS # 2

Five more Vietnam and Iraq veterans, all with PTSD, faced their fears and not only opened their hearts but found and began to heal themselves in only eight weeks : Allen L Roland

The first meeting of the Healing The Wounded Heart Veterans Workshop #2 was held on August 18 at 11 AM in Yountville, California

They had never met me but they had been told about me
, by their adjustment counselor Sal, and were prepared for an eight week commitment to face their fears and open their hearts in the process. They knew I was a Veteran and that made a big difference.

All of them had some symptoms of PTSD and even TBI but all had the common symptom of a closed heart and the inability to love and receive love ~ mainly because of deep unworthiness issues that originally started in childhood and were reinforced through their war experience.

I told them that this was an action based workshop and if they did their homework they would reach a place of not only another choice but would open their closed hearts in the process. They would also begin to see through different eyes ~ eyes unclouded by fear, resentment and unworthiness. I also explained through my Cycle Of Life chart how psychic pain will override Joy to the extent that most people have no idea that beneath their deepest pain and aloneness is love, joy and connectedness ~ the Unified Field.

After each session ~ part of their homework was to read each session in my book RADICAL THERAPY / SURRENDER TO LOVE AND HEAL YOURSELF IN SEVEN SESSIONS ( NOT SEVEN YEARS
which reinforced the previous session.

Of course, that first session I shared my own heart's journey to find a lost and alone little boy within myself who not only wanted to fly, and became a Navy Fighter pilot, but also to love as deeply as I loved my beloved grandfather before I was torn away from him at six years old. We briefly talked about the war and all of them shared their heart's journey and by the end of two hours ~ they all felt a sense of commonality. Their homework was producing a life chart of the path of their individual heart's journey. .

The second session, a week later, they all shared a childhood picture of themselves and shared their life chart with the group describing their individual journeys to find love and acceptance as well as themselves . We briefly talked about the war but they quickly realized their commonality ~ in that their lives had all been a quest to find meaning and that all of their love relationships had significant meaning. They were already a band of brothers on a common inner journey of the heart.
Brian felt that this was the most meaningful aspect of the workshop ~ " I loved the process of looking at our entire life and, in the process, finding understanding, compassion and forgiveness "

The third session, a week later, they did the Victim /Accountability exercise and had the chance to feel the lightness of being accountable versus the heaviness of being a victim. Their homework was to take the people they had resentment towards off the hook and realize that many of them they had deeply loved and were really gifts in their lives.
Carlos felt it was the most meaningful aspect of the workshop ~ " I learned to be truthful and and accountable for my actions and not to hide my feelings "
They were now a band of brothers on a common journey to find themselves.

The fourth session, a week later, they met the child within by means of a powerful guided visualization. Every one of them saw that long lost innocent child who told them what they needed to do to fully embrace him in their lives now. Their faces literally changed and became younger as they made that inner connection ~ it was like long dormant flowers suddenly blooming. I was moved almost to tears to see these Veterans suddenly claim their joy and innocence after years of self doubt and despair.
For Jim it was the most meaningful aspect of the workshop ~ " I felt the most meaningful aspect of the workshop was recognizing the pain and brutality experienced as a young boy and being able to get in touch with him for my healing". Their homework was to give that child a voice and hang out with him.

The Fifth session, one week later, was all about gratefulness and thanking the people who have been there for them their whole life ~ with the help of a guided visualization. Many of them had not thanked anyone and certainly not themselves. This brought Pedro face to face with a gratefulness issue he had long avoided ~ " The most meaningful aspect of the workshop was that it forced me to meet and confront issues I usually avoided "

By now the Band of Brothers were inspiring each other on their common journey through fear ~ they were beyond the point of no return. Their homework was to thank at least 25 people who had touched them before the next session. We still hadn't dwelled on the war for there was no need to. They were already healing themselves by taking responsibility for love and sharing gratitude with others.

The sixth session, one week later, was the Death Exercise where the group, through a visualization, were guided in a profound death exercise which helped them to experience the degree to which the people closest to them really knew them. The exercise actually simulates your death and the resultant shock of knowing that you did not truly share yourself with the people closest to you or that very few people really knew you. Obviously, it is a strong inner stimulus to open your heart with the people closest to you ~ and that was their homework to accomplish with the five people closest to them before the next session.

Most of them enjoyed the element of the unknown that they were continually coming face to face with in these sessions, especially Mike ~ " I'm finally not controlled by fear and I learned more about myself in eight weeks than I have in 44 years of my life ! "

The seventh session, one week later, reinforced that we are continually being called from within to the path of the heart, but few listen and fewer still respond. It is in this session that they understand that they have all been called to the inner journey of the soul ( through Love) versus the outer journey of the ego ( through Fear ). This session ended with a visualization exercise in which they realize that the most precious gift they have always wanted is themselves ~ free from fear.
For Brian, this was a very meaningful aspect of the workshop " I feel I have become more accountable to the inner voice of a better choice in my life and I know it's there to act on " The Homework as well as ongoing homework was to share the gift of themselves with others but in the spirit of celebration ~ not deprivation.
It was in that same spirit of celebration that we had our Eighth and final session where everyone acknowledged each others common journey through fear to the joy, love and light beneath. The resultant change in their demeanors was breathtaking. As Jim said, ." As I made it through each session, my prior anger and frustrations were eventually replaced by inner peace that grew over time. This workshop has been the single most beneficial therapy, in the shortest period of time, in my entire experience of seeking help since Vietnam"

It was also an incredible experience for both myself and Sal, a Veterans Readjustment counseling therapist who both recommended the group and then observed the sessions.
Sal's most meaningful aspect of the workshop was " continuing to witness and being reaffirmed the wisdom and compassion of the child within. This heart centered workshop should be the model in any Veteran healing treatment process. True healing and real change will never be possible without an opened heart ."

I was also humbled by this experience and validation of my empowering work as well as the receptivity of these veterans who obviously longed to be seen from the heart and not through eyes of fear. I literally saw a light go on within them when they took responsiblity for love instead of running away from it.
They had been trained many years ago to kill and I, in essence, jump started their hearts by re-training them to love and they began to heal themselves in the process by realizing that they indeed had another choice.
And we never concentrated on the war for the real war had been waged within themselves ~ and they were now victorious.
Band of Brothers #3 started on October 14th and all the particpants of #1 and #2 were there to briefly share their experience and offer support to their new brothers.
The beat goes on, the Band of Brothers continues to grow ~ and I, in turn, continue to be deeply moved by the most spiritually satisfying work of my life.
