AN OLD CHEROKEE TALE OF TWO WOLVES

One evening an old Cherokee Indian told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, ‘My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.
One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, faith and gratitude.’
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: ‘Which wolf wins?’

The old Cherokee simply replied, ‘The one you feed.’
This is such a lovely story: so simple and yet so true. I think each and every one of us has these two wolves running around inside us. The Evil wolf or the Good Wolf is fed daily by the choices we make with our thoughts and actions,. What you think about and dwell upon will in a sense appear in your life and influence your behavior.

We have a choice, feed the Good Wolf and it will show up in our character, habits and positive attitude. Or feed the evil Wolf and our whole world will turn negative: like poison, and it will slowly eat away at our soul.
Living in love, joy and gratefulness will change your life as well as the way you see ~ while living in anger, deprivation and resentment is a form of spiritual suicide.

The crucial question is “Which are you feeding today”?

With love, Joy and Gratitude,

CONCORD VET CENTER PAVES WAY FOR NEEDED HEART CENTERED APPROACH TO VET REHABILITATION.

A heart centered cause versus symptom rehabilitation approach, fueled by gratitude and forgiveness, for active duty veterans suffering from PTSD has been implemented at the Concord Vets Center with great success. Under the direction of Salvador Ueda, MSW, and the encouragement of team leader, Jeff Jewell ~ a total of 18 Band of Brother's transformation support groups have been accomplished with well over 100 veteran graduates in the last five years. I have helped both initiate and implement this program as a heart centered volunteer consultant with my ability to connect the heart dots of their individual life charts and utilize my proven self-healing exercises and Kindle book as a guide for their self-healing: Allen L Roland, PhD

Since the driving force of my self-healing heart centered consultations is gratitude, it is with heart felt gratitude that I thank the Concord Vet Center and in particular adjustment counselor Salvador Ueda for suggesting and giving me the opportunity, as a fully vetted VA volunteer consultant, to share my truth and help facilitate and build a successful Healing the Wounded Heart transformation program over the past five years ~ but particularly in 2015.

It's been an incredible personal joy to witness with Sal the heartwarming transformations that occurred as many of these emotionally wounded veterans burst into full flower by going through their fears and finding joy beneath their deep pain and despair. We literally saw the light come on as they began to see through different eyes.

This outside the box program is simple and effective but it all starts with the adjustment counselor Sal Ueda who initially screens each applicant and determines if they are ready for this inner transformation self-healing work. Sal then has each veteran complete a life chart, as described in my book, which summarizes their life in terms of being a quest versus a struggle. At the same time they begin to read my book as well as watch my You Tube sessions.

They all have access to these self-healing steps in my updated Kindle Book RADICAL THERAPY, SURRENDER TO LOVE AND HEAL YOURSELF IN SEVEN  SESSIONS (not seven years). Here is the Kindle link http://www.amazon.com/Radical-Therapy-Surrender-Yourself-Sessions-ebook/dp/B00JGE5VQE

Most people are not aware that you do NOT need a Kindle to read an Amazon eBook. You can download a free program from Amazon called Kindle for PC, and read it on your computer. Link below:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/digital/fiona/kcp-landing-page?ie=UTF8&ref_=kcp_pc_mkt_lnd

And here's a link to the YouTube Skype sessions of the self-healing process I teach ~ Watch, in the first 20 minutes of session five, how Marina conquers her deepest fear by going through it and she demonstrates that beneath her pain and fear is boundless joy. See video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r12MoNnwPKg&feature=youtu.be

My book is a passionate call to heal your heart by surrendering to love. Initially by sharing gratitude with the many people in your life who have not been thanked for being a gift ~ and then all others as you open your heart and begin to not only see through different eyes but also slowly reconnect with your original joy, intention and purpose.

It is important to note here that all of my work over the past 45 years, both in my private practice and now as a heart based coach and consultant, has been inspired by my desire to demonstrate my Unified Field ~ that deepest within us, even below our deepest pain is a psychic energy field of love, joy and soul consciousness (The Unified Field) which exists not only beyond time and space but also beneath our deepest fears, and whose principle property is the universal urge to unite.

Note ~ If you google The Unified field ~ you will find my explanation on page two of 7.5 million results.

I have answered an important question I posed long ago when I started my practice ~ Why are most people afraid of their Joy ?

The answer is because their psychic pain, quite often experienced at birth or early childhood, has over ridden their original joyful memories and they are afraid of or mistrust their deepest joy and are living their life and still making life decisions based on ego based fear.

In the third tenet of my PhD dissertation, The Unified Field, I describe the process by which psychic pain (the seeming separation from love) can over-ride joy and how most people are afraid of or mistrust their deepest joy ~ It would appear that the pain of not feeling loved for oneself and being seemingly separated from our original state of soul consciousness and the Unified Field is of such deep psychic proportions that, early in childhood, processes are triggered in the hypothalamus which result in a left brain imbalance and dominance as well as the denial, mistrust and forgetting of our connection to the Unified Field and the love and joy and a state of soul consciousness deepest within us. It is from this dark tunnel of pain, aloneness, despair and apparent death that the ego and ego consciousness is born - for survival and protection purposes only.

In my role as a heart centered consultant with over 45 years' experience of soul retrieval especially with veterans with PTSD, I retrieve buried souls and empower them through love and gratefulness to not only open their hearts but to also find their unique place in a universal loving plan from a place of celebration and service. They soon begin to realize that everything they have ever wanted is on the other side of fear.

Here are the eight stages of ego transcendence I demonstrate and teach. Remember that the ego is a projection of what we feel we have to be versus being our true authentic self ~ and it is always born out of deep pain and aloneness.

1. Denial    Everything is fine, there is nothing missing in my life ~ I'm in full control of everything

 2. Anger    I can't stay in control and manipulate things any more ~ it's not working, it's making me angry.

3. Bargaining   I'll hang on to something so I won't get out of control and have to deal with the unknown and all those scary feelings deep inside me that I have been continually avoiding.

 4. Depression  Why am I feeling so sad, and it feels so deep. If only I could get out of this pit of despair.

 5. Acceptance / Connection   I'm feeling deep sadness and it's the same feelings I felt as a child ~ I can't deny these feelings any longer.

 6. Surrender  I'm letting go and trusting that there is joy beneath my sadness ~ what is this excitement I'm feeling beneath this well of grief and it has nothing to do with someone else.

 7. Celebration  I'm truly feeling the joy of being myself and the growing awareness that there is something I'm supposed to be doing ~ I'm beginning to trust the unknown and see through different eyes.

 8.  Service  I'm fully trusting myself, I'm listening and I'm responding to this inner call ~ I want to be in service from this inner place of authentic love, joy and delight.

Make no mistake about it, the keys to the magic kingdom of the soul are gratefulness and forgiveness ~ and eventually gratefulness and forgiveness ends with our self.

Sal and I meet these veterans from a joyful place of celebration and service and invite them to finally take their turn!

And what group of people have been more separated from love and the life force than combat veterans (many of whom had significant birth and childhood trauma) and have additionally been taught to hate and kill.

Initially, I review their completed Life chart and help Sal connect the soul dots ~ a life chart which clearly shows their whole life, relationships and war experience as a Quest or journey to where they are now.

From our very first session, they begin the process of thanking the people who have been there in their lives and as they do ~ like flowers, their buried or numbed out hearts begin to open allowing them to see through different eyes.

I then assist Sal in the remaining group sessions, with the veterans, using the sessions in my book as the guide ~ including the experiential exercises.

For example, the last session is a death exercise where every member has the chance to seemingly die and have each member tell them how much they meant to them as well as share from their heart with each other. In other words, in that exercise they not only experience being loved but the thrill of speaking from their hearts.

It's not therapy but it is self-healing and every participant is given the opportunity to explore another heart centered choice of behavior versus a fear based ego driven choice. Team leader Jeff Jewell was very impressed by this self-healing process but could not find the time to make it happen for himself but his support was evident to all participants.

In 2015, I have concentrated on empowering and mentoring Sal Ueda, at his suggestion, to not only see through his heart but connect the dots so that he could carry the program on without my assistance. This work, in essence, is all about soul retrieval for these veterans, who were once taught to kill, are now being reconnected to their deeper urge to love and cooperate with each other

Dr Stanley Krippner describes this process in the foreword of my book ~ "No psychiatric manual lists "soul loss" as a condition in need of treatment but shamans tell me that "soul loss" is widespread in contemporary society. Allen Roland has had the insight to understand what the shamans have told me. He also has developed the skills to help his clients regain their souls"

Nowhere is "soul loss" more apparent than with veterans who have been taught to kill or witnessed or participated in unjustified mass human carnage.

Band of Brothers #18 was my last hurrah as a volunteer consultant with the Vet Center but I leave with an immense sense of self-satisfaction regarding this unique heart centered approach to self-healing. This program has not only succeeded ~ with well over 100 active veteran graduates who have positively changed through gratefulness and self-forgiveness ~ but more importantly, their hearts have been opened and they have experienced another choice of behavior while their PTSD symptoms have greatly diminished.

It remains to be seen if the VA will integrate this self-healing approach into their clinical approach but it is obvious that no amount of psychiatric drugs can ease the painful psychic pain carried by many of our returning veterans with PTSD ~ as witnessed by the rising veteran suicide rate.

Gen. Peter Chiarelli, the Army’s No. 2 officer, who has long been an advocate for soldiers suffering from the invisible wounds of war (such as PTSD and TBI) ~ also advocates the need for other alternative approaches ~ ” I want to understand what drugs we should use to treat these symptoms, if we should use any drugs at all. I want to look into alternative pain management. We are finding there are other ways to handle pain that are more effective and allow a person to feel a lot better than throwing a bagful of drugs at them.”  See http://www.veteranstoday.com/2013/05/23/unsaid-issue-behind-veterans-rising-suicide-rate-is-shame-based-guilt/

As a former active duty Naval aviator and carrier pilot who served seven years in the Navy, the last two as a weekend warrior ~ I can honestly relate to veterans and consider it an honor to have touched many of their hearts in my work as a heart centered consultant.

They have all, including myself, faced their deepest fears and been in service to their country. Many have been to the dark side and long for another choice and I am proud to have facilitated that process in my ongoing heart centered consultations.

There is no true healing without love and gratitude is the life blood of soul consciousness.

“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.”
~ A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh

RUSSIA, FRANCE, BRITAIN, UNITED STATES / IN ISIS BLOWBACK SYRIAN DEATH TRAP

Syria is rapidly becoming a blowback death trap for all the major countries involved; Russia, France, Britain and the United States with Israel an active silent partner. ISIS is making it a death trap for each participant with the recent Russian Airline tragedy and Paris mass killings being the latest examples ~ Britain and the United States will most likely follow if we continue on the path of empire building: Allen L Roland, PhD

“In a sense, blowback is simply another way of saying that a nation reaps what it sows. Although people usually know what they have sown, our national experience of blowback is seldom imagined in such terms because so much of what the managers of the American empire have sown has been kept secret.”
~ Chalmers Johnson, Blowback, Second Edition: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire

Marc Ash, RSN news, finally states the obvious during these perilous times and he is absolutely correct;
"Call it the War on Terror, an ISIS Caliphate, defense of Islam or a battle for freedom. The bullets are flying and people everywhere are dying from global colonialist domination.
The West and China are everywhere, their fingers in everything of monetary value. Those who resist are assigned the same label the Romans gave to those who took up arms against their empire, “terrorist.”
ISIS will fail. Brutality cannot defeat injustice. ISIS will paint this as a great victory. In fact, gunning down unarmed civilians is only a sign of impotence and desperation.
For decades the U.S. has waged the most inept and corrupt wars of domination and greed imaginable to the extent that they would not have been imaginable had the atrocities not actually been committed.
We are chasing ghosts in Mesopotamia, ghosts of men and civilizations we have defiled and slaughtered for decades. That does not justify what happened in Paris. It is however an indictment of war for profit.
We must respond with wisdom and determination. Not blind aggression and profiteering. The “New American Century” is over, really before it began."
And then Ash offers sage advice ~ which we have yet to heed;
"Do not arm good guys. Do not allow profit to be a defense strategy. If we had stayed out of Iraq, ISIS would never have risen. It’s a lot easier for ISIS to defeat themselves than it will be for the West to defeat them, by orders of magnitude. Get the idiots away from the command center ~ There is no substitute for rational thought"

So let's take a close look at Syria and sort out the players in this Death Trap ~ which has already struck Russia and France.  Here is where some of the main foreign principals stand (Courtesy of NY Times)

THE UNITED STATES

BACKS: More moderate elements among the rebel forces in Syria.
OPPOSES: The government of President Bashar al-Assad, as well as the Islamic State (ISIS) and other Islamic extremist groups.
HOW IT IS FIGHTING: The United States leads a coalition conducting airstrikes in Iraq and Syria against the Islamic State and other extremist groups. It has been carrying out a covert program to train and equip Syrian rebels and a separate Pentagon program to train the moderate Syrian opposition to fight the Islamic State (ISIS)…. The Pentagon program has drawn few recruits.

RUSSIA

BACKS: Mr. Assad, the leader of Syria, which has been Russia’s only persistent ally in the Middle East for decades.
OPPOSES: Russia says it opposes the Islamic State, but most of its airstrikes have instead targeted rebels trying to topple Mr. Assad, Russia’s ally. Many of Russia’s early attacks have struck at an Islamist coalition called Army of Conquest, which opposes the Islamic State and had been making gains against Mr. Assad in recent months. The group includes Al Qaedas Syrian affiliate as well as more moderate rebel factions that have received covert arms support from the United States.
HOW IT IS FIGHTING: Russia has coordinated with Syria to begin a coordinated assault by land, air and sea on insurgents opposed to the Assad government. Russia said it fired 26 cruise missiles at Syrian targets from naval vessels in the Caspian Sea on Wednesday. Russia has long supplied arms to Syria, and Russian pilots carried out their first airstrikes in the country in late September. Before the airstrikes began, Russia had been deploying military equipment ~ including 32 warplanes ~ and soldiers to a Syrian airfield near Latakia for weeks, according to the United States, and Russian drones had been conducting reconnaissance flights over areas controlled by opponents of Mr. Assad.

BRITAIN

BACKS: More moderate elements among the rebel forces in Syria.
OPPOSES: The Assad government, the Islamic State (ISIS) and other Islamic extremist groups.
HOW IT IS FIGHTING: Because of strong opposition in Parliament to military intervention in Syria, Britain has so far focused mainly on coalition airstrikes in Iraq. However, it recently conducted a drone strike in Syria that killed two British citizens it said had joined the Islamic State  (see the United States)

FRANCE

BACKS: More moderate elements among the rebel forces in Syria.
OPPOSES: The Assad government, the Islamic State (ISIS) and other Islamic extremist groups
HOW IT IS FIGHTING: Facing a refugee crisis and stepped-up jihadist recruiting in Europe, France recently expanded its participation in coalition airstrikes against the Islamic State (ISIS) and other extremist groups to targets in Syria as well as Iraq. But it has ruled out any ground intervention. (See the United States)
There are other participants like Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Qatar but you have now met the principals whose principle agenda is Regime Change ~ see NY Times article http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/01/world/middleeast/the-syria-conflicts-overlapping-agendas-and-competing-visions.html

Robert Parry, Consortium News, asks the most obvious question ~ "Will President Barack Obama and other leaders finally level with the American people and the world about what the underlying reasons for this madness are? Will Obama explain how U.S. “allies” in the Middle East, such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Qatar, have been fuelling this Sunni extremism for years? Will he dare recognize that Israeli repression of the Palestinians is a major contributing factor, too?" See Parry article ~ http://readersupportednews.org/opinion2/277-75/33514-can-obama-level-with-the-people

Of course President Obama will do no such thing and will instead accommodate the neocons and liberal hawks, including Hillary Clinton, who remain influential within his own administration.

In Essence,The War on Terror and Syria is still all about Empire building and Regime Change and only the honest and rational thoughts of people such as Chalmers Johnson ( who has seen it all ) can offer the tough truth needed to deal with the reality of this ISIS Blowback Death Trap.

Terrorism The suicidal assassins of September 11, 2001, did not “attack America,” as political leaders and news media in the United States have tried to maintain; they attacked American foreign policy. Employing the strategy of the weak, they killed innocent bystanders, whose innocence is, of course, no different from that of the civilians killed by American bombs in Iraq, Serbia, Afghanistan, and elsewhere.”
~
Chalmers Johnson, Blowback, Second Edition: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire

PTHD / POST TRAUMATIC HEART DISORDER / AN AMERICAN TRAGEDY

In my over 45 years as a heart centered consultant with emotionally devastated civilians as well as veterans with PTSD, I have discovered that most have a common symptom ~ the psychic pain of being seemingly separated from love, either at birth or in childhood, which can cause us to emotionally check out and close our hearts thus PTHD (Post Traumatic Heart Disorder). At some dark point of aloneness, psychic pain overrides joy and ego defense becomes more important for survival than love and relationships. Medication and drugs then become the principal tool to be utilized in survival and our rapidly increasing middle-age death rate confirms this finding ~ as well as the obvious need for a proven and effective alternative heart centered approach for PTSD or PTHD: Allen L Roland, PhD

"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident "  ~ Arthur Schopenhauer

An American tragedy is happening to middle-aged white Americans. Unlike every other age group, unlike every other racial and ethnic group, unlike their counterparts in other rich countries ~ death rates in this group have been rising, not falling.

That finding was reported Monday by two Princeton economists, Angus Deaton, who last month won the 2015 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Science, and Anne Case. Analyzing health and mortality data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and from other sources, they concluded that rising annual death rates among this group are being driven not by the big killers like heart disease and diabetes but by an epidemic of suicides and afflictions stemming from substance abuse: alcoholic liver disease and heavy overdoses of heroin and prescription opioids.

See article ~ http://www.nytimes.com/2015/11/03/health/death-rates-rising-for-middle-aged-white-americans-study-finds.html?emc=edit_th_20151103&nl=todaysheadlines&nlid=65700837

But Veterans have been on this prescription opioid trajectory for years ~ and on this Veteran's Day, Veterans suicide has caused more U.S casualties than the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and for the same reasons. See ICH story ~ http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article43387.htm

"But veterans experts estimate that 17 of the 22 daily suicides involve vets not enrolled in the VA's health care system, suggesting more research -- and far greater funding -- will be necessary to get a handle on the problem."

The 2014 Fort Hood shootings once again brings to the surface the heavy fallout from the use of symptom based psychiatric drugs, versus source based alternative therapy, in treating our wounded veterans ~ whereas the dramatic increase in Military suicides directly coincides with the dramatic increase in dangerous psychotropic drugs.

No one really talks about the psychic damage that combat veterans feel when they take someone’s life, regardless of the military situation ~ but the effect is real and usually manifests itself as shame based guilt whereas the innate deep need to love and accept love is quite often permanently disabled.

No amount of psychiatric drugs can ease that psychic burden and even Gen.

Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) says that rather than continually send heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, it is time for lawmakers to investigate the connection between prescription psychiatric drugs and violence, including suicide.

Here's an excerpt from their excellent recent wake up call to law makers ~

" The military long has been aware of the increasing number of military suicides and last August released the findings of the Department of Defense (DOD) 2013 Study title "Risk Factors Associated With Suicide in Current and Former US Military Personnel.

While psychiatric drug information did not make it onto the questionnaire, CCHR explains that there is ample data to support an investigation into the increasing number of psychotropic drugs prescribed to military personnel and the part the drugs may play in the recurring violence."

Here are some important findings from the report ~

·            # Since 2002, the suicide rate in the U.S. military has almost doubled.

·            # From 2009 to 2012, more U.S. Soldiers died by suicide than from traffic accidents, heart disease, cancer and homicide.

·            # In 2012, there were 349 suicides among active duty military personnel - more than were killed in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.

·            # Veterans are killing themselves at a rate of 22 a day - one every 65 minutes.

·            # The U.S. Department of Defense now spends $2 billion a year on mental health alone.

·            # The Veterans Administration's mental health budget has soared from less than $3 billion in 2007 to nearly $7 billion in 2014.

·            # From 2005 to 2011, the Department of Defense and the Veterans Administration increased their prescriptions of psychiatric drugs by nearly seven times. That's more than thirty times faster than the civilian rate.

·            # One in six American service members is on at least one psychiatric drug.

·            # Thirty-seven percent of recent war veterans are being diagnosed with PTSD and 80 percent are of those are prescribed a psychiatric drug.

Colonel Bart Billings ~ a clinical psychologist with a  34 year military career in both active and reserves ~ speaks out regarding the growing evidence of psychiatric drugs, over medication and violence as well as the VA's refusal to deal with the situation. See this important 8 minute video and article ~  http://www.prweb.com/releases/2014/04/prweb11735195.html

But there is a proven Heart Centered approach to PTSD which I have both facilitated over the past five years as well as mentored the past year as a heart centered volunteer ~ a program which concentrates on gratefulness and forgiveness and focuses on self-healing versus medication.

For my whole life, all 81 miraculous years, I have sensed a great truth and actually felt it as a young child ~ that deepest within us is love and that all-consuming love is connected to everything we see and all of nature.

My whole life has been a quest to find a delightful child within myself whose heart was so deeply touched by my grandfather that I could literally feel love leap from my heart towards him ~ and I seemingly sensed that within that love I was an integral part of something far greater than myself.

When I was taken away from my grandfather at 6 years old my heart closed and it became a buried treasure that I spent much of my life looking for. It was only when I totally surrendered to love and eventually the pain of seemingly losing it, that I fell into a rabbit hole of love, joy and soul consciousness (the Unified Field) beneath that pain ~ along with a growing awareness of my eventual part in this universal loving plan whose principle property is the urge to unite.

It was the same life and death Final Option that I experienced as a Naval Aviator in 1960 and I again fully surrendered to a timeless all-knowing and fearless place of soul consciousness which lay beneath my deepest fears, pain and beyond time and space. See the Final Option ~ http://www.veteranstoday.com/2014/05/11/the-final-option/

In my role as a heart centered life coach ~ I meet my clients from a place of celebration and service and invite them to take their turn!

Initially, each one of these participants complete a Life chart ~ a chart which clearly shows their whole life, relationships and war or life experience as a Quest or journey to eventually find themselves.

From our very first session, they begin the process of thanking the people who have been there in their lives and as they do ~ like flowers, their buried or numbed out hearts begin to open allowing them to see through different eyes.

They all have access to these self-healing steps in my updated Kindle Book RADICAL THERAPY, SURRENDER TO LOVE AND HEAL YOURSELF IN SEVEN  SESSIONS (not seven years). Here is the Kindle link http://www.amazon.com/Radical-Therapy-Surrender-Yourself-Sessions-ebook/dp/B00JGE5VQE

Most people are not aware that you do NOT need a Kindle to read an Amazon eBook. You can download a free program from Amazon called Kindle for PC, and read it on your computer. Link below:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/digital/fiona/kcp-landing-page?ie=UTF8&ref_=kcp_pc_mkt_lnd

And here's a link to the YouTube Skype sessions of the self-healing process I teach ~ Watch, in the first 20 minutes of session five, how Marina conquers her deepest fear by going through it and she demonstrates that beneath her pain and fear is boundless joy. See video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r12MoNnwPKg&feature=youtu.be

Make no mistake about this self-healing process ~ for my clients are healing themselves through their homework and action. I touch them from a place of celebration and service and I'm not afraid of their deepest fears for I know and demonstrate that beneath that level of pain and aloneness is a Unified Field of love, joy and celebration as well as their authentic vocation within a universal loving plan.

In my work, as a consultant and heart centered life coach, with clients with PTSD or PTHD ~ I concentrate, with great success, on them opening their hearts ~ initially through gratefulness toward the people and friends who have been there for them and finally to giving and accepting love themselves. They eventually forgive themselves in the process of opening their hearts as well as begin to see through different eyes ~ and medication becomes no longer their only option or escape from America's growing tragedy.

The power and truth of a heart centered approach to self-healing has withstood ridicule and then opposition within the VA and medical pharmaceutical community ~ but it is now fast approaching the stage where its acceptance and value are self-evident.
